1. School profile
Founded in 1999, Tianjin Tianshi College (Tianshi College) is an innovative university. It is a municipal full-time comprehensive general higher education school, invested and established by Tiens Group Co., Ltd. The school is committed to exploring educational models with the characteristics of the new era and cultivating applied innovative talents. Mr. Li Jinyuan, Chairman of Tiens Group, served as the chairman of the school.
The school is located in Wuqing District, Tianjin City, in the "Beijing-Tianjin Corridor", on the south bank of the Longfeng River. It covers an area of 3.2 square kilometers and has an overall architectural plan of 2.1 million square meters. It can accommodate more than 30,000 students to study and live in the school. The school focuses on engineering and management disciplines, as well as literature, economics, medicine and art. The total value of teaching and research equipment is more than 47 million yuan, and it has a collection of 610,000 books. 3. Discipline construction
The school is led by national and Tianjin "Thousand Talents Program" experts or other high-level talents to establish relevant departments, with undergraduate education as the core, vigorously develop education for international students, and strive to broaden the channels for Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.
