Shanghai Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce (formerly: Shanghai Xinqiao Vocational and Technical College) was established in 1993. It is a non-governmental beneficial higher vocational college jointly established by six social organizations of the united front system, including the Shanghai Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association and the democratic parties.
