  Shanghai Civil Aviation Vocational and Technical College (College Code 14394) is a full-time public general higher education institution approved by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is an independent establishment under the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Facing the industry, the college is committed to cultivating first-line high-quality and high-skilled talents needed to serve civil aviation and social development. The college's enrollment majors include flight attendant, civil aviation safety and security, civil aviation transportation, civil aviation transportation (civil aviation e-commerce), civil aviation transportation (air travel services), aviation logistics, airport operation (civil aviation airport weather observation), civil aviation safety technology management, aircraft electromechanical Equipment maintenance, aircraft electronic equipment maintenance, aircraft manufacturing technology, aircraft structure repair, aviation ground equipment maintenance, general aircraft maintenance (helicopter maintenance), aircraft electromechanical equipment maintenance (sino-foreign cooperative education), etc. The flight attendant major of the college was the first to be opened among domestic colleges and universities. The college has multiple teaching aircrafts and first-class professional training facilities. It is the first in Shanghai to have both a civil aircraft maintenance training institution (CCAR-147 school) and a civil aircraft maintenance personnel license examination test center (CCAR-66 test center). The college is the test site of the Shanghai Civil Aviation Vocational Skills Appraisal Station and the Civil Aviation Fourth Vocational Skills Appraisal Station; at the same time, as the authorized training institution of the China Air Transport Association and the International Air Transport Association, the college undertakes the training of in-service personnel of various civil aviation enterprises for nearly a year. Ten thousand person-times, the scope of training radiates across the country.
