Inner Mongolia Fengzhou Vocational College (Qingcheng College) was founded in 1983. It is a full-time higher vocational college approved by the local government and reported to the Ministry of Education for the record. The college code is 11429, and it was listed in the sequence of national ordinary higher education institutions in 1985. It is a unified enrollment within the national plan. It is an earlier higher vocational college established in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. After being merged into Minsheng Education Group in 2008, the strength of the college has been further enriched and improved. Over the past thirty years since its establishment, the college has continued to grow and develop under the care of leaders at all levels and people from all walks of life, and has cultivated tens of thousands of professional and technical talents for the autonomous region. In 2010, it was rated as "China's Top Ten Privately-run Schools" in an evaluation activity jointly organized by the China Educational Association, the Chinese Principals Association, and the Chinese Private Education Newspapers.
