Chifeng College was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2003. It is established by Chifeng National Teachers College, Chifeng Education College, Inner Mongolia Radio and Television University Chifeng Branch, Chifeng Health School, Inner Mongolia Preschool Teachers A multi-discipline general college of higher learning formed by the merger of schools. In 2008, Chifeng Art Tourism School was merged into Chifeng College. The school is located in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, the birthplace of the famous "Red Mountain Culture".
