China-Finland Education Policy Dialogue held virtually

The first China-Finland Education Policy Dialogue was held virtually on May 28. Vice Minister of Education Tian Xuejun and Anita Lehikoinen, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Education and Culture attended the event and gave a speech respectively.

Both sides mutually reported on the progress of education reforms in recent years. They also gave an overview of outcomes of bilateral education cooperation, exchanging views on collaboration in the areas of student exchange, higher education, vocational education, language teaching and sports in schools. The two sides signed the Minutes of the First China-Finland Education Policy Dialogue, to further enhance education cooperation between China and Finland.
