Vice Education Minister meets with Deputy Chair of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture of Russia

On October 16, Vice Minister of Education Zheng Fuzhi met with Viktor Smirnov, Deputy Chair of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture of Russia. Both sides exchanged views on how to enhance cooperation in vocational education, promote Chinese and Russian teaching, expand two-way student exchange and facilitate communication on pedagogy.
