Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology is a provincial general higher education institution with the right to grant master's degree, located in the coastal tourist city-Qinhuangdao City. The school was founded in 1941, began to hold higher education in 1975, began to enroll undergraduates in 1977, and obtained the right to confer master's degrees in 2006.
