Zhejiang Gongshang University is located in Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province with beautiful scenery. Its predecessor was the Hangzhou Middle Commercial School founded in 1911. It was the pioneer of commercial education in our province at the beginning of its establishment, and it was also one of the earliest commercial specialized schools established in my country. In 1980, Hangzhou Business College was established with the approval of the State Council. In 2004, it was renamed Zhejiang Gongshang University with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
