Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Trade is a provincial public full-time institution of higher learning. It was jointly restructured and established in 1999 by Zhejiang No. 1 Advanced Technical School and Wenzhou Metallurgical Machinery Factory. The predecessor of the school can be traced back to the Wenzhou Power Machinery Factory Technical School founded in 1960.
The school is located in Wenzhou, with two campuses on Luchengfu East Road and Oujiangkou. It covers an area of more than 1,100 acres and has more than 11,900 full-time students and more than 700 faculty members.
