Jiyang College of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University was formerly known as Tianmu College of Zhejiang Forestry University. It was founded in 2000 by Zhejiang Forestry College (predecessor of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University) and approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. It was reconfirmed in 2004 by the Ministry of Education.
