The predecessor of the China Academy of Art was the National Academy of Art.    Today's campus renewal of the China Academy of Art, the inheritance of ideas, the reorganization of faculties, and the expansion of disciplines have achieved leapfrog development in the history of the school. The conditions of the China Academy of Art have been improved as never before. The Nanshan campus built in 2003 has achieved the modern interpretation of the Ink Art Academy, and the Xiangshan campus, which was put into use in 2007, gave birth to the vision of the artist garden and a unique campus.
