The college currently has 32 majors in three-year colleges, 23 majors in five-year colleges, 10 majors in three-year technical secondary schools, 4 majors in one-year technical secondary schools, and 9 majors in adult education. It involves nine major categories including culture and education, financial management, construction, medicine and health, and recruits students from 7 domestic provinces and cities.

The college has a team of full-time and part-time teachers, and hires foreign teachers to teach in the school. The title of associate professor or above accounted for 13.5% of the full-time teachers; the master's degree or above accounted for 28.6% of the full-time teachers; the proportion of double-qualified teachers reached 42.43%.
