Historical evolution: Baoshan College is located in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. Its history can be traced back to the "Yongchang Normal School" founded in 1905. In April 1978, the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of Baoshan Teachers College. In April 2009, it was upgraded to Baoshan College with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
