Sichuan Vocational College of Applied Technology is a full-time general higher education institution approved by the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, registered by the Ministry of Education, and in charge of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. The first higher vocational college in a minority area.
The college is located in the famous "Space City" and "City Inhabited in Spring"-Xichang City. The college has a strong faculty. There are 310 full-time teachers, of which 82 are associate professor or above, 90 are postgraduate or above, and 77.5% of professional course teachers have double-teacher quality. The college promotes the training model of "school-enterprise cooperation, work-study integration" and the "five docking" school-running model.
