Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce is a public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and supervised by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. The school was formerly a national key technical secondary school-Sichuan Light Industry School. It was founded in 1959. In 1998, it was added the "Sichuan Arts and Crafts School" brand. In 2001, it was upgraded to the first batch of higher vocational colleges in the province.
