Sichuan Tourism College is sponsored by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the first full-time general undergraduate college named "Tourism" in China. It was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2013 and was formed by the merger of Sichuan Culinary College and Sichuan Agricultural Management Cadre College.
