Tongchuan Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The administration is subordinate to the People's Government of Tongchuan City, and the superior department in charge is the Education Department of Shaanxi Province.
The college currently has three campuses, namely the New District, Hutou Mountain, and Huangbao. The New District campus is located in the west section of Chaoyang Road, the New District of Tongchuan City. There are currently 366,500 paper books in the library; 71 on-campus professional experimental training rooms and 87 off-campus practice bases have been built.
