Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public general higher education school. According to the approval of the provincial government, Xi'an Foreign Trade Workers University (Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Foreign Trade) was merged into the college in December 2016.
College is located in the ancient city of Xi’an. It has two campuses, Chang'an and Bailuyuan.
