The college started from the Shaanxi Provincial Judicial Cadre Training Class held in 1953, and has gone through multiple development stages such as cadre training, adult higher education, and higher vocational education. After more than 60 years of development and the unremitting struggle of several generations, the college now has 3 campuses including Chanba, Yanta, and Qindu. The campus covers an area of 544 acres, the school building area is 340,000 square meters, and the total number of book resources is 866,700. .
