In October 2010, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Pilot Reform of the National Education System" (Guo Fa Ban [2010] No. 48), identifying Xi'an Eurasia College as the pilot unit for private education reform and the only one listed in Shaanxi Private colleges and universities that have joined the national education system reform pilot project. Xi’an Eurasia College was officially approved as a national educational informationization undergraduate college informatization pilot unit. More than 70 colleges and universities across the country were selected, including 985 colleges and universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Fudan University. Our school is the only approved institution in the country. Private universities, two universities in Shaanxi Province have been approved. "Internet+" has changed the ecology of higher education. We cooperated with Duquesne University in the United States to establish a "Centre for Teaching Excellence" (CTE: Center for Teaching Excellence), a project to support, improve, and improve the teaching and learning of the school, to help teachers change the classroom teaching mode and improve the level of classroom teaching.
