Shandong Shengli Vocational College is a public full-time general higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province, sponsored by the People's Government of Dongying City, and registered by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Shengli Petroleum School, a national key school established in 1973.
The college has been rated as excellent in all previous evaluations in Shandong Province. College is located in Dongying City, Shandong Province, a national civilized city, one of China's top 100 cities, and an international wetland city. The college covers an area of 496,500 square meters and a building area of 161,600 square meters. There are 260 full-time teachers, including 17 professors and 177 associate professors; 106 masters and 2 doctors; the proportion of "double-qualified" teachers accounted for 85.4% of professional teachers; a total of 44 outstanding teachers in the country and outstanding teachers in Shandong Province people.
