The predecessor of the college was Shandong Tai'an Health School. It was founded in 1956, was named a national key secondary school in 2003, and was upgraded to Taishan Nursing Vocational College in 2011. The college covers an area of 530 acres and has two campuses, the new and the old campus. 1. Faculty. The number of full-time teachers has increased from 171 in early 2019 to 214 now, an increase of 43.
