Xinzhou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time comprehensive public higher vocational and technical college approved by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college is located in the Xinzhou Economic Development Zone. The campus covers an area of 485 acres. There are more than 600 faculty members and nearly 10,000 students. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the number of students enrolled in Xinzhou Vocational College has increased year by year, and the scale of development has continued to expand year by year, and the development planning goals have been better achieved. At the same time of enrolling students, we will vigorously promote the regional characteristics of Xinzhou, and strive to contribute to the creation of a beautiful Xinzhou that is livable, industrial, creative, and touristic.
In recent years, our hospital has newly added clinical medicine majors, international cruise management majors, e-commerce technology majors, big data technology and application majors, medical device maintenance and management majors, advertising design and production majors, elderly services and management, preschool education majors, acupuncture and moxibustion 9 majors such as massage. This year, three new majors, modern agricultural technology, traditional Chinese medicine health care, and accounting information management, were newly approved. There are a total of 34 higher vocational majors, including 1 provincial characteristic major, 2 provincial key majors, 2 provincial backbone majors, 8 provincial vocational education training bases, 1 provincial high-level training base, and provincial high-level key majors. There is 1 major, 171 various experimental training rooms and 24 on-campus training bases have been built. Our hospital has cooperated with enterprises to build 106 off-campus practice bases, and has maintained long-term cooperative relations with more than 60 units including the Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital (Beijing 301 Hospital) and the Sixth Medical Center of the Chinese People’s General Hospital (Beijing Naval General Hospital). , Established a stable internship and employment base.
