Shanxi Pharmaceutical Vocational College is an ordinary higher vocational college sponsored by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government and is affiliated to the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education. The predecessor of the college was Shanxi Provincial School of Chinese Medicinal Materials and Shanxi Vocational College of Biological Application.
