Dalian University of the Arts is an independent full-time general undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. It is the only comprehensive full-time higher art university in Liaoning Province. The school has two campuses, Tonghui Road and Dongbei Street, located at No.19 Tonghui Road in Jinpu New District and No.92 Northeast Street in Development Zone, with convenient transportation and obvious locations. The campus covers an area of about 1,300 acres, the total construction area of the campus is about 470,000 square meters, the teaching facilities are complete, the library is rich in library resources, and there are more than 200 internships and training bases inside and outside the school. The school has a strong faculty. There are more than 1,100 full-time teachers. The proportion of masters and doctors accounts for more than 75%, and the proportion of associate senior titles and above accounts for more than 40%. The school has 12 secondary colleges, including the School of Music, the School of Orchestra, the School of Dance, the School of Drama, Film, Television and Media, the School of Art Design, the School of Fine Arts, the School of Fashion, the School of Culture and Art Management, the School of Marxism, the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the School of International Education. The school has built an art practice teaching system integrating "learning, practicing, creating, acting, and competition" based on repertoire creation. The school has established an internship training platform with China Central Radio and Television Station and Liaoning TV Station. Teachers and students regularly participate in the recording, editing, directing and performance of major national festivals hosted by CCTV and Liaoning Satellite TV. 2 provincial-level practical teaching demonstration centers and 6 provincial-level off-campus practical teaching bases have been approved. In recent years, we have continued to create a series of large-scale original plays-"Trilogy of Peace" (oratorio "Tang Ruowang", "Soul of Sakura", symphonic dance poetry and painting "Ode to Peace"), stage play "Silk Road Youth" successively Climb to the stage of the National Grand Theater and the Great Hall of the People.
