Liaoning Vocational College of Commerce and Trade was established in April 2005. Its predecessor was Liaoning Agricultural Management Cadre College, which was founded in 1984. It is a publicly-run provincial general higher vocational college.
College is located in Shenyang, the central city of Northeast China, adjacent to the World Cultural Heritage Qingfu Mausoleum.
