Liaoning Vocational College of Engineering is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Liaoning Province and filed by the Ministry of Education.
This is the China Training Base of the WorldSkills Competition-the only world master base in Northeast China!

College is located in the National Garden City-Tieling New Town Education Park. It faces Fanhe in the south and Fengguanshan National Urban Wetland Park in the north. It has a superior geographical location, beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The college covers an area of 150,000 square meters, with a building area of 125,000 square meters and a total investment of 408 million yuan.
The college has 440 faculty members, including 10 full-time senior teachers, 91 associate senior teachers, and 145 lecturers, including 82 teachers with postgraduate or master's degree, 334 full-time teachers, and 3 doctoral candidates. There are 137 teachers. Through a series of policy measures such as performance management, recruitment and introduction, and standardized systems, the college has initially created a team of teachers with noble ethics and professional skills.
The college has four departments: mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, and financial management. It offers mechanical design and manufacturing, numerical control technology, welding technology and automation, mechanical design and manufacturing (3D printing technology), and automobile manufacturing and assembly. Technology, automobile application and maintenance technology, automobile marketing and service, automobile application and maintenance technology (hybrid vehicle maintenance technology), automobile body maintenance technology, communication technology, electrical automation technology, computer system maintenance, mechatronics technology, wind power generation engineering Nineteen majors including technology, mechatronics technology (robot control technology), logistics management, computerized accounting, marketing, telecommunications services and management, etc., are enrolled nationwide.
Teaching practice and training equipment
College internship training equipment is advanced and complete. There are 8 modern large-scale training workshops such as CNC workshops, welding workshops, vehicle training workshops, logistics training workshops, etc., and spacious experimental trainings such as mechatronics, building intelligence, accounting computerization, and logistics training. There are 47 rooms, with 3100 sets (sets) of experimental and training equipment such as CNC machining centers, wind power generation, new energy vehicles, and robots. The total value of teaching equipment is 50 million yuan.
The college is employment-oriented and service-oriented, strengthens school-enterprise cooperation, implements integration of production, education and research, and integration of engineering and learning, focusing on vocational ability and comprehensive quality training, and cooperating with enterprises to cultivate talents. The college also has 134 off-campus training bases, and has established long-term cooperative relationships with more than 500 well-known Chinese and foreign companies such as Haier Group, Rizhao Group, Panpan Group, and Tianjin Samsung Communication Co., Ltd.
The college has extensively carried out foreign exchanges and cooperation to promote the improvement of education quality. The college has signed inter-school cooperation agreements with the Gifhorn Second Vocational School in Germany and the Singapore Institute of Technology and Education. Signed a cooperation agreement with Shenyang Metrology and Testing Research Institute to build a platform for industry-university-research cooperation to fill the gap in the field of geometric measurement. Through cooperation with well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad, we can learn from advanced education, teaching and management experience to continuously promote the quality of education and teaching of the college Comprehensive improvement.
The college has established a new concept of teaching reform that promotes training by competition and promotes teaching by competition, and uses world competition standards to lead professional construction. Taking the opportunity of hosting the World Championships China Training Base, actively carry out in-depth cooperation with the World Championships Research Center, integrate industrial control projects with electrical automation equipment installation and maintenance majors, and boldly try the professional construction pilot reform based on the World Championships. The component teaching reform team explored a new curriculum system based on the content of the world competition, which really improved the level and level of high-skilled personnel training. The double certificate rate (graduation certificate and vocational skill certificate) of mechanical, electrical, automotive and other related majors reached 100 %. In the past few years, the college has obtained 21 national new utility patents, and has undertaken a number of national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects. Students have won many awards in the vocational college skills competitions organized by the country, provinces and cities. Many teachers have been awarded "Model Workers", "May 1st Labor Medals", "March 8 Red Banner Bearers", and Honorary titles such as "Key Teacher", "Education and Teaching Expert", and "Disciplinary Leader". In April 2017, Wang Lin from the Department of Electrical Engineering of our college won the honorary title of "National Technical Expert" for his outstanding performance in the China Regional Trial of the Industrial Control Project of the World Skills Competition. It is reported that only 36 of the 388 players on the China Training Team of the 44th World Skills Competition in 2016 won this honor. In June 2018, Wang Lin, a teacher in our college, was honorably selected as a representative of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Youth League.
At 10 o'clock in the morning on February 13, 2017, the inauguration ceremony of the China training base for the industrial control project of the 44th World Skills Competition and the launching ceremony of the second phase of the training camp were held in our hospital. On August 25th, Tang Tao, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, and his entourage visited the National Training Base of the Industrial Control Project of the World Skills Competition in our institute to inspect the preparations. In the early morning of October 20th, the 44th World Skills Competition closed in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Yuan Qiang, a Chinese training base player for the industrial control project of our institute, defeated the world after 22 hours of hard work in the industrial control project in the industrial control project.
