The Medical College of Jinzhou Medical University is located on the coast of Bohai Sea and is located in Jinzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in western Liaoning with beautiful scenery. It is a full-time general higher education institution with an independent legal personality and an undergraduate level organized by Jinzhou Medical University. Its predecessor was founded in July 1999, the former branch of Jinzhou Medical College, which was one of the second-level branches of nine universities in Liaoning Province at that time. In March 2004, approved by the Ministry of Education, it was transformed into an independent college in accordance with the new mechanism and new model. In August 2006, it was renamed Liaoning Medical College after Jinzhou Medical College was renamed Liaoning Medical College. In March 2016, it was renamed as Jinzhou Medical University School of Medicine along with Liaoning Medical University renamed as Jinzhou Medical University.
is based in Liaoning and recruits students from 21 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country, and currently has more than 6,800 full-time undergraduate students. Set up four disciplines: medicine, science, management, and engineering, including clinical medicine, stomatology, anesthesiology, nursing, rehabilitation therapy, medical imaging technology, pharmacy, public utility management, food science and engineering, food nutrition and inspection 10 undergraduate majors including education. Relying on the strong faculty and rich educational resources of Jinzhou Medical University, the college has adopted a new mechanism to form a high-quality full-time and part-time faculty. There are 337 full-time teachers, including 44 professors and 76 associate professors. The college has advanced teaching equipment and superior experimental teaching conditions. It has established an anatomy (surgical) experiment center, functional experiment center, chemical experiment center, morphological experiment center, stomatology experiment center, nursing medicine skill center, clinical medicine skill center, and rehabilitation medicine. Comprehensive experimental practice teaching centers such as experimental center and computer experimental center; nearly 30 high-level teaching practice bases have been established in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Harbin, Changchun, Dalian, Jinzhou and other cities inside and outside the province.

In 2019, our school will build a 230,000-square-meter modern campus in Jinzhou Binhai New Area. At that time, our hospital will meet new and greater challenges with a new look.
