Changchun Teachers Technical College

Changchun Teachers College is a public general college established in 2015 with the approval of the provincial government (formed by the original Changchun Preschool Teachers School and Changchun Special Education Normal School established in 1962). It is the only normal college in the province that is supported by the provincial and municipal governments.


  The school is located in Changchun Vocational Education Park, Changchun Nong'an Economic Development Zone (Helong Town), Jilin Province. The first phase of the school covers an area of 238,000 square meters, a building area of 88,000 square meters, and a total value of teaching equipment of 30 million yuan; high-standard teaching buildings, art buildings, gymnasiums, libraries, cultural activity centers, student apartments, Teaching and living places such as catering centers. The school currently has more than 160 professional-level dance studios, studios, rehearsal halls, piano rooms, internship training simulation rooms and other halls (rooms). The planning and construction of the second phase of the school was launched in 2018.


   Since the school was included in the high-level recruitment sequence in 2016, it has participated in the separate enrollment of Jilin Province and the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities nationwide, and recruited high school graduates from 18 provinces across the country. The school currently offers four teacher-training majors: pre-school education, special education, music education, and art education. The preschool education syllabus compiled by school teachers and more than ten kinds of textbooks edited by the school have been published by Higher Education Press and used nationwide. In order to better meet the development needs of the school, in accordance with the principle of "dual teachers" and the interaction between production and education, more than 40 external teachers composed of kindergarten principals, key preschool teachers and related professional teachers of colleges and universities have also been hired.
