Suzhou Industrial Park Service Outsourcing Vocational College was founded in May 2008 and was formally established in 2010. It is a public full-time general higher vocational college invested and established by the Suzhou Industrial Park Management Committee. The school is located in the Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation Zone, where famous schools and industries are concentrated. The campus covers an area of 424 acres with a building area of more than 220,000 square meters.
The school has secondary schools such as the School of Business Management, the School of Information Engineering, the School of Biotechnology, the School of Digital Art, the School of Artificial Intelligence, and the School of Financial Technology. Engineers from well-known companies, elites who have returned from overseas and foreign teachers, more than 96% have doctorate or master degrees, are familiar with international cutting-edge technology, have rich practical experience and scientific research level. There are nearly 300 faculty members and about 5,500 students.
The school follows the mission of "education for industry", and aims at the three key business areas of ITO, BPO and KPO, which are the most in short supply for talents in the service outsourcing sector in Suzhou, and has opened software technology, computer network technology, embedded technology and application, and medicine Nearly 30 majors such as production technology, microelectronics technology, financial management and practice, accounting and auditing, animation design and production, asset evaluation and management, and digital publishing have realized a high degree of riveting between the college's professional chain and the regional industrial chain.
The school is committed to building a talent training system featuring “politics, schools, and enterprises” and a win-win cooperation. It has successively become “Suzhou Service Outsourcing Talent Training Base” and “Jiangsu Province International Service Outsourcing Talent Training Base”. Recognized as the only "Suzhou Service Outsourcing Talent Training and Training Center". In 2013, the school's software technology training base was approved as the "Vocational Education Training Base Supported by the Central Finance".
