Yangzhou Vocational and Technical College of Environmental Resources was founded in 1956. It is located in Yangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city in China and the United Nations "Habitat Award" city. It covers a total area of 750 acres and a building area of 260,000 square meters. The main campus is located in the south of Yangzhou. The beautiful Gaomin Temple scenic spot, the campus has quaint architecture, fragrant flowers and trees, and shades of greenery. There are 9 departments including environmental science and engineering, resource science, gardening and horticulture, medicine, economics and trade, computer science and technology, foreign language, humanities and basic courses, and there are currently 10,000 students in the school.

In recent years, the college’s talent training model reform and "quality engineering" have achieved remarkable results.
