Xinglin College of Nantong University is an independent undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. The college was formerly known as Xinglin College of Nantong Medical College and was founded in February 1999; in May 2004, after the merger of Nantong Medical College, Nantong Institute of Technology and Nantong Normal University to form Nantong University, it was renamed Xinglin College of Nantong University.
College is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, which is "the first city in modern China" and one of China's first open coastal cities.
