   school started in Hengyang City Zhongnan Technical School founded in 1991. In September 1996, the Hengyang Zhongnan Science and Technology Finance Management School was established, and technical secondary school education was started; in April 1999, the Zhongnan Science and Technology Finance Management College was established with the approval of the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, which became a pilot institution for the higher education diploma examination.
