Beijin College of Hunan University of Commerce was established in 2001 and is located in the ancient city of Changsha. It is an independent undergraduate college established by Hunan University of Commerce and approved by the first batch of Hunan Provincial People’s Government and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. At the beginning of the establishment of the school, the college was located on the banks of the beautiful Xiangjiang River, in the ancient city of Beijin, the historical city of Changsha during the Western Han Dynasty. It has a long and profound cultural heritage, so it was named Beijin College. In 2006, the college moved to the Dongma campus in Wangcheng District, Changsha City. The campus covers an area of nearly 500 acres with a building area of 140,000 square meters. The East Malaysia campus is open and atmospheric, with a beautiful environment, advanced teaching equipment and convenient transportation.
Beijin College of Hunan University of Commerce is a multi-disciplinary full-time general undergraduate college in the province, focusing on economics and management, covering 7 disciplines of economics, management, law, literature, art, science, and engineering. , It operates in accordance with a brand-new management model and school-running mechanism. The college relies on the high-quality teaching resources of Hunan Business School to run schools. According to the strategic decision of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, Hunan Business School and Geely Group signed a cooperation agreement in January 2018. Therefore, starting from 2018, Hunan Business School and Geely Group will cooperate to organize Beijin College; starting from the 2018 level, the enrolled students will be issued graduation certificates and degree certificates in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education.
