Enshi Vocational and Technical College was approved by the People’s Government of Hubei Province in August 2000. It is a full-time public higher vocational college filed by the Ministry of Education. The school and the Enshi Supply and Marketing School were merged and formed. Thereafter, the State Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School, the State Ethnic Sports School, the State Art School, the State Transportation Technical School, the State Health School, and the State Commercial School were merged. The school’s history can be traced back to 1937.
