Three Gorges Electric Power Vocational College is a full-time general college approved by the People's Government of Hubei Province and filed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The school was established in 1975, and its predecessor was 330 Workers' University. It has a history of 43 years. The school is located in the center of Yichang City, Hubei Province. It covers an area of 429 acres and has a total construction area of more than 170,000 square meters. The school has 8 teaching units including the School of New Energy Engineering and the School of Electric Power Engineering, and 28 higher vocational majors including power plants and power systems, and power system automation technology.
