The School of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Engineering, Wuhan Institute of Technology was founded in 2002, jointly organized by Wuhan Institute of Technology and Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. It is an undergraduate education centered on telecommunications, optoelectronics, computers, automation, chemical medicine, materials, and machinery. Full-time general colleges and universities for high-quality applied talents in the fields of science, civil engineering, art, foreign language, economics and management. The college recruits students from 25 provinces and municipalities across the country, and currently has more than 11,000 students. The college currently has two campuses. The first is the Wuchang campus of Wuhan Engineering University, which is located at No. 366 Huquan Street, Hongshan District, Wuhan, covering an area of more than 500 acres; the second is the postal science college area, which is located at No. 88 Youkeyuan Road, Hongshan District, Wuhan, covering an area of more than 200 acres .
