Henan Vocational College of Procuratorate is affiliated to the People's Procuratorate of Henan Province and accepts the professional leadership of Henan Provincial Department of Education. The predecessor of the college was the Henan Procuratorial School approved by the provincial government in February 1988. It was mainly responsible for the training of Henan procuratorial officers. In April 1994, the academic education was carried out, and the procuratorial professional secondary school students were recruited from the society.
