Harbin Vocational College of Science and Technology is a publicly-run higher vocational college established by the Harbin Municipal Government. It has a history of running schools for more than 100 years. The school is located in Acheng, Zhaoxingdi, Jinyuan, Harbin. The predecessor was the Binzhou Normal School of Jilin Province, which was founded in 1919.
