Heilongjiang Institute of Business and Technology (formerly Chengdong College of Northeast Agricultural University) was established in May 2002 with the approval of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province, and officially registered with the Ministry of Education in February 2004. In 2011, all the educational and teaching resources of the former Limin campus of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology were integrated into Chengdong College, which greatly improved the college's comprehensive school-running strength and core competitiveness. The school address is Qunying Street, Xueyuan Road, Limin Development Zone, Harbin (formerly No. 1 Shidai Street). The new campus is located in Hanan New Industrial City.
