Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce is an independent public full-time college approved by the provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is located in Mudanjiang City, the beautiful and peaceful Jingpo Lake. The college was founded in 1958, formerly known as Heilongjiang Sericulture School. In 1972, it was named Heilongjiang Mudanjiang Commercial School. In 1995, it was renamed Heilongjiang Finance and Trade School. In 2000, it was named a national key technical secondary school in the first batch by the Ministry of Education. In March 2003, with the approval of the People's Government of Heilong Province, Heilongjiang Vocational College of Commerce was established on the basis of Heilongjiang Finance and Trade School to implement higher vocational and technical education at the general college level while retaining the function of secondary vocational education.    The college currently covers an area of 301,400 square meters, with a teaching area of 110,400 square meters, and a total construction area of 36,400 square meters.
