Qiqihar Teachers College

The predecessor of Qiqihar Higher Normal College was founded in 1906 (the 32nd year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty) in the provincial capital (Qiqihar) Higher Primary School (formerly Han Yixue). In 1908 (the thirty-fourth year of Guangxu), a two-level normal school was established on this basis. In 1914 (the third year of the Republic of China), it was renamed "Heilongjiang Provincial First Normal School". It was one of the earliest secondary normal schools in the country. In 2003, it was approved by the Ministry of Education and was approved by the original Qiqihar Normal School and Kindergarten Normal School. , The academic qualification education part of the College of Education and some resources of Keshan Teachers College were merged to form Qiqihar Teachers College.


In the course of nearly a century of development, the school has undergone several changes. It has always adhered to diligence and thrift, strict management of the school, and education of people. It has formed a glorious tradition of arduous entrepreneurship and an excellent school spirit of rigorous academic research, which has cultivated a large number of people with both morality and ability for the country. According to the existing advantages and conditions, the school actively expands the space for running a school, carries out foreign cooperation and exchanges, and improves the school's school-running strength. Currently, it has cooperated with the Russian Irkutsk State Linguistic University and the Russian Post-Baikal Chernyshevsky National Normal University. Universities, Naju University, South Korea, Gongju Imong University, South Korea’s Central University School and other foreign institutions have signed cooperative education agreements, introduced advanced syllabuses, textbooks and foreign teachers from Russian and Korean universities, and opened applied Russian , Applied Korean major. In 2005, 2006, and 2007, a total of 218 international students were enrolled, and a total of 77 students are currently going abroad, including 27 Russian students and 17 Korean students. International cultural exchanges with foreign countries have deepened mutual understanding between the two parties, established friendly and intimate partnerships, improved the quality of corresponding professional teaching, and provided a broad stage for the joint training of extroverted and international talents.
