Heilongjiang Nursing Technical College is a public full-time college of higher education approved by the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the school was Heilongjiang Provincial Health School, founded in 1948. In 2008, Heilongjiang Provincial Health School merged with Heilongjiang Provincial Second Health School and Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital Affiliated Nursing School to form Heilongjiang Nursing College, which was formally established in March 2010 with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school has two campuses, Xuefu Road, Nangang District and Jinyuan Road, Acheng District, covering a total area of 510,000 square meters, with an elegant campus environment and complete school-running infrastructure. The school cooperates with the National University of Singapore, Singapore General Hospital, South Korea's Kwangju University, Jeju University, and the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand and other countries' nursing schools and medical institutions have established friendly cooperative relations. In September 2013, the school cooperated with the Western Sydney Vocational and Technical College of Australia to run the school. The first batch of 80 students was enrolled.
