Hainan Vocational College of Industry and Commerce is a provincial full-time higher vocational college. It is located in Pandan Village, Haikou, one of the four famous cultural villages in Hainan, the original site of the academy founded by Tang Zhou, a sage of the Ming Dynasty in Hainan. The predecessor of the school was Hainan Wanhe Information Vocational and Technical College founded in 2004. In April 2010, the Ministry of Education approved Hainan Wanhe Information Vocational and Technical College to be renamed "Hainan Business Vocational College".
