Hainan Software Vocational and Technical College was established in March 2003 with the approval of the People’s Government of Hainan Province and filed by the Ministry of Education. It was upgraded from the original Hainan Qionghai Normal School and mainly cultivates high-quality technical talents in the information and software industries. The institution has a history of 98 years.
