Guangxi Health Vocational and Technical College was approved by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and filed by the Ministry of Education in March 2010. It was formed by the merger of Guangxi Health Management Cadre College, Guangxi Pharmaceutical School, and Guangxi Maternity and Child Health Hospital affiliated health school. The predecessor of Guangxi Health Management Cadre College was the Guangxi Provincial Hospital Nurse Midwifery School founded in 1941. It has passed Guangxi Provincial Hospital Nurse Midwifery School, Guangxi Provincial Nanning Senior Nurse Midwifery Vocational School, and Guangxi Provincial First Nurse Midwifery School. School, Guangxi Province First Health School, Guangxi Province Nanning Health School, Guangxi Province Nanning First Health School, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Nanning Health School, Guangxi Health Technical School, Guangxi Nanning Pharmaceutical Inspection School, Guangxi Health School, Guangxi Health Cadre Training Institute , Guangxi Health Management Cadre College and other development stages; Guangxi Pharmaceutical School was founded in 1972, and has gone through the development stages of Chinese herbal medicine training class affiliated to Guangxi Medical Research Institute, Chinese herbal medicine school attached to Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Research, Guangxi Pharmaceutical School; Guangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital The attached health school was founded in 1965. The college is currently the only medical and health higher vocational technical college in Guangxi. The college is the national training base for nursing professionals in short supply, the Guangxi General Practice Education and Teaching Guidance Center, and the Guangxi Township Health Center Health Talent Training Base.

3 Data Health Vocational Institute (data until 2015)
■ Administrative land: 313.45 acres in Kunlun campus, 29.02 acres in Taoyuan campus, with a construction area of 225,561.38 square meters.
■ The total value of scientific research equipment: 4,147,656 million yuan, 1,230 teaching computers, 106 multimedia classrooms, and 9 language labs.
■ Book collection: 552,983 paper books and 150GB e-books.
■ Training places: There are 8 on-campus training centers, 181 training rooms, and a building area of 97462.4 square meters. There is one national vocational skill appraisal institute (Guangxi Health Vocational and Technical College Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute), one affiliated hospital and one pharmaceutical factory, and 77 stable off-campus internship units.
