Guilin University of Electronic Technology is located in Guilin, a world-famous scenic city and a famous historical and cultural city in China. The school was founded in 1960. In 1980, it was approved by the State Council to establish Guilin Institute of Electronic Technology. In 2006, it was renamed Guilin University of Electronic Technology.
