Guangzhou Business School

The predecessor of Guangzhou Business School was Zengcheng College of South China Normal University. It enrolled the first batch of students in 1999. It was the first second-level college of the new mechanism in Guangdong Province and the first batch of independent colleges in the country. The school was granted the right to confer a bachelor's degree in 2011. In 2014, it became the first general undergraduate college transferred from an independent college in Guangdong Province to cultivate high-quality applied talents needed for economic and social development.
