Shenzhen Beili Moscow University was established by the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin. It is a Sino-foreign cooperative university with independent legal personality established by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Beijing Institute of Technology and Moscow State Lomonosov University. The school takes high precision as the direction of educational development, and carries out academic education at the undergraduate, master and doctoral level, as well as non-academic education. The long-term school scale of the school is 5000 people, and the ratio of undergraduates to graduate students is 1:1. The school will recruit undergraduates and masters students from 2017, and doctoral students from 2018.


The school uses Chinese, Russian, and English for teaching. The domestic undergraduate admissions breaks the traditional enrollment system of a lifelong test and adopts the "631 comprehensive evaluation" model based on the college entrance examination. After the candidates are admitted, they will register at the Moscow University and Shenzhen Beili Moscow University simultaneously, and obtain the student status of the two universities at the same time.


Undergraduate education shall issue the degree certificate of Shenzhen Beili Moscow University and the graduation certificate (including degree) of Moscow University in accordance with national regulations and school-running agreements. The postgraduate education implements the Moscow University training program, and awards the Moscow University master's degree and doctorate certificate.

Campus Environment



The school is located at No. 1, International University Park Road, Dayun New Town, Longgang District, covering an area of 334,000 square meters with a total construction area of 300,000 square meters. The campus planning focuses on preserving the current mountain green space inside the campus, and at the same time forms a central axis of the landscape composed of the former square, central square, and artificial lake on the west side of the current mountain green space. The main building is very similar in shape to the main building of Moscow University, with a height of 156 meters and a total of 21 floors.
